The Roost is a great spot for a delicious meal in Yucca Valley. This is probably our favorite place to eat in town. They have three weekly specials that are reasonably priced for what they are. They have scallops on Thursdays, prime rib on Fridays, and babyback ribs on Saturdays. Service is always good and the view is refreshing and drink prices are great. Highly recommend grabbing some food and a drink at the Roost.

Best place to eat in town by far! Love their homemade soups! The Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Ok, so - their Long Island Ice Teas are extremely strong and will not disappoint. I made the mistake of drinking 3 in about 30 minutes (what? They appeared small) and uhm... well, it was a fun rest of my day. Let's just say my grandpa-in-law has been making fun of me for the last few days. I probably won't hear the end of this one. I have had so many long Island Ice tea's other places and they barely made me buzzed. I also come from Colorado in extremely high elevation. Many places skimp by adding fillers like sweet and sour mix. Yeahhhh not these, okay?

After several months, we scheduled a visit for Sunday brunch. The Staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was friendly, and the scenery was peaceful and calm. Our party of 3 was offered seats outside next to a fire pit near the first hole of the golf course and hesitatingly obliged. Although it was a bit overcast, the fire kept us warm, even in short sleeves. We enjoyed a nice Sunday brunch and would highly recommend this gem of a place out of the way, quietly awaiting those taking the side road from Vegas to L.A. Note: it closes at 3pm on Sunday, so arrive accordingly. We will definitely keep this on our list of safe places to get quality food at reasonable prices.

Wow, great food. Great location. Prices are but ask for the specials. We'll definitely come back some day. Our view from our table...

Amazing Bloody Mary in the morning. Great golf. Great lunch. Nice folks. Wonderful memories to add to my “keeper” list.

Even if you don't golf this place is definitely worth checking out. The chef salad was delicious, but what really made my experience so nice was my wonderful server Bre. She was so welcoming and sweet . Absolutely 10/10 service.

Had my one of my best friends birthday party there. A great place. The food was good the service was impeccable. Thank you guys for everything.
